- Once they pass the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
- We prepare, manufacture, pack, and ship your order to the courier partners within 1 to 2 business working days.
- We always try to ship the orders through the fastest available courier service at your pin code.
How are items packaged?
- We package our products in Premium Branded UrbanDotted Boxes.
- Each individual product is packed in bubble wrap to ensure secure delivery, so it reaches you in perfect condition.
- We take pride in the quality of our packaging.

My order has been shipped. How can I track it?
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and URL.
- You can track your package status after 24 hours of dispatch from our warehouse.
What is the estimated delivery time?
- We usually dispatch most orders within 1 to 2 business days from our warehouse.
- Orders are generally delivered within 2 to 4 days in metro cities.
- For non-metro cities, it usually takes around 5 to 7 days.
Are there any shipping charges on my order?
- No shipping charges for orders above $50 AUD.
- For orders below $50 AUD, a shipping fee of $7.99 AUD applies.
Does UrbanDotted.com ship outside Australia?
