Account & Order
To place your order, follow these steps :Â
- Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. This should be pretty easy- all our products are awesome! After youâve chosen what you want, select the relevant size, if applicable. You can check out our size chart for reference.
- Once youâre done, click the âAdd To Cartâ button
- After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping (you know you want to) or confirm the order and click âCheckoutâ.
- From there, you can either log into you existing Urbandotted account or simply continue as a âNew Userâ and create one.
- Once youâre done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking âPlace Orderâ.
- Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.
- Youâll receive another email once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!
- We have tied up with several reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 2-7 business days depending on where you live. (we know you hate waiting around).
- All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that all your goods reach you in perfect condition.
- As a first step, kindly check your bank account to ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 to 10 business days.
- For any other assistance/ issues you can write to us at support@urbandotted.com or call us on our helpline, and weâll help sort things out.
- Youâve placed an order for your favourite products and cannot wait for them to arrive. We know the feeling! To find out when your order is arriving, you need to first log in to your account. Click on the icon to the left of the cart (located on the top right corner) and enter your details.
- Click on Orders to see the status of your current order (as well as your order history). You can also simply click on âTrack Orderâ on the top right, type in your order ID, and check your order status. Yes, itâs that easy!
- After your order has been successfully placed, you will immediately receive confirmation and order details via email and SMS. Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified again via email and SMS (yes, we like making sure youâre updated every step of the way).
- In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in shipping your order, you will immediately receive an update from our end- with reasons and the revised shipping and delivery timelines.

Payment Mode
- All Credit Card, Debit Card, After pay and PayPal transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Rest assured, your money is safe.
- There are absolutely NO hidden charges for any of our products- what you see is what you pay.
- Any applicable octroi, sales tax, and other charge is borne by Urbandotted.com. You will only be paying the amount that you see in your order summary.
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
- Please confirm if the information youâve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasnât disrupted during the process.
- If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 to 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at support@urbandotted.com
Shipping & Tracking
- We primarily use Australia Post for Australian deliveries.
- After the order is dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 2-4 days in the metro cities, and takes around 5-7 days in non-metro cities.. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
- Please Note : Mobile covers, mugs, posters, and Make Your Tee (MYT) are made-to-order. They will be shipped out 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Patience is key!
Urbandotted.com provides FREE shipping for all orders above $50 in Australia. A shipping charge of $7.99 is payable only on orders below $50
- You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email and SMS will be sent with a link to track your order. You can also track it from your account on the website. Select âOrdersâ from the top right corner and then you can click on âTrack Orderâ.
- if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a reship after courier partner delivered product us. kindly allow some time to reshipp your order again.
Returns & Cancellation
- Customers can return their order within 30 days after an order has been delivered.
- All items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- You can only apply for a Replacement If your Product Was Wrong or Damaged from your Urbandotted.com account. For Replacement Kindly contact on Support@urbandotted.com

24,Waterloo Corner Road Salisbury, South Australia â 5108 - After we receive your return and complete all necessary quality checks, we will initiate a refund of the product amount directly to your original payment method or bank account. The amount will be credited within 7 to 10 working days.
- Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Care team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at mailto:Support@urbandotted.com and we will get back to you.
- You may request to cancel your order for a refund, up to 6 hours after the date and time of the order. All cancellation requests will be accepted within 6 hours and we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- because our dispatch is uber-efficient and does not kid around. We will Deliver the same item you will order hence in this situation refund/replace of order will not take place
Refund
- Urbandotted offers a replacement guarantee only if the product received is damaged/defective. Please get in touch with us at support@urbandotted.com within 30 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced. We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to. Urbandotted will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order.
- We do not exchange products if the customer has ordered a wrong item.
- We do not guarantee that your monitorâs display of color will be accurate. The brightness, contrast and resolution of your screen will make the color of the product look slightly different.
- Return/exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered.
- In case you have already paid for your order, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 7 to 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. (As per Bank/Payment gateway norms.)
- We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure.
- If weâve emailed you about initiating the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to be completed.
Miscellaneous
- Yes, we absolutely do. You can email us with your order and design details at support@urbandotted.com. Weâll also try and work out a discount for you, depending on the quantity of your order.

- This keeps happening to us as well- thereâs just too many accounts to keep track of. Just click on the âForgot Passwordâ option when logging in, and the password reset link will be sent to you via email.
- Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.
