Return Eligibility
- Customers can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for items ordered incorrectly

After opening your package, if you notice any fault, damage, or incorrect item,
you must contact our support team immediately or email us within 24 hours at support@urbandotted.com. -
If the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof, the product will be eligible for refund or replacement.
I wish to change my order. Will it be possible?
- You can always update your confirmed order (before the order is processed), but unfortunately you cannot add any more products to your order once the order is confirmed. However, if you wish to make any changes or edits in your order (before the order is processed), please write to us at support@urbandotted.com. Our customer care team will have you sorted with all possible customized solutions
Replacements
We offer replacements only if:
- The product received is damaged or wrong.
- You apply for a replacement via your UrbanDotted.com account.
- You contact us at support@urbandotted.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Once approved, we’ll provide the return address. We will dispatch the replacement once your return is received and passes the necessary quality checks.
- We do not offer exchanges for wrongly ordered items.
Refund Process
- After receiving and verifying your return, we will refund the product amount to your original payment method or bank account.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Defective Product?
- No worries — defective products usually don’t need to be returned, unless confirmed by our support team.
- Just send us images of the issue at support@urbandotted.com and we’ll guide you from there.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
- After 6 hours, cancellations may not be accepted due to our super-fast dispatch process.
- For accepted cancellations, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days (subject to bank/payment gateway timelines).
